Privacy policy
Last updated: 2022/10/05
Ensit Media ("we") have created this privacy policy to explain how the game Severance Pain ("app") uses information collected from players ("users", "you").
Overview
The app doesn't allow users to create accounts and doesn't use any of your existing accounts, so it has no access to any of your account information. The only personally identifiable information we store is your email address and messages if/when you contact support. However, the app may collect your gameplay data and can share some of your device's identifiers and personally identifiable information with our partners in order to obtain analytics, personalize ads and report crashes.
Users can allow or refuse collection of personally identifiable data.
Analytics
The app sometimes sends gameplay data to our secure servers in order to help us create a better gameplay experience. Because this is done through the Internet, our servers will also know the IP address you connected through.
The app also allows third party analytics service
Google Analytics for Firebase to collect usage data that is essential for us to provide services and understand the users' needs. This data includes but is not limited to unique device identifiers, installation unique identifiers, device hardware and firmware information and custom app events.
You can review Google's privacy policy for the relevant services at
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
You can allow or refuse this collection of data for analytics in the privacy settings of the app (when the app is first used on your device), and you can revoke your consent by resetting your privacy settings from the Settings screen of the app.
Advertising
The app may display advertisements tailored to your interests. These advertisements are provided by our advertising partners
AdMob,
Unity Ads and
AppLovin. To facilitate this, the app may share your advertising identifier with our advertising partners.
You can review AdMob's privacy policy at
https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can review Unity's privacy policy at
https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy
You can review AppLovin's privacy policy at
https://www.applovin.com/privacy/
You can disable sharing of your advertising identifier in your device's Settings > Privacy > Tracking. You can also allow or refuse this collection of data for ad personalization in the privacy settings of the app (when the app is first used on your device), and you can revoke your consent by resetting your privacy settings from the Settings screen of the app.
Crash reports
In order to improve the stability and reliability of the app, it reports any app crashes via the third party crash reporting service
Firebase Crashlytics (owned by Google). The reported data consists of crash traces, device make and model and the installation unique identifiers.
You can review Firebase's privacy policy at
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
You can allow or refuse crash reporting in the privacy settings of the app (when the app is first used on your device), and you can revoke your consent by resetting your privacy settings from the Settings screen of the app.
